Honor highlights women-led organizations making a significant difference in the Massachusetts economy.
For the ninth consecutive year, The Women’s Edge and Boston Globe Magazine have named Regis College to the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts list, which recognizes women-led organizations and leaders driving the Massachusetts economy.
The recognition coincides with Regis’ centennial year and welcoming Robin L. Cautin, PhD, as the university’s 11th president. Dr. Cautin’s presidency began on July 1, succeeding Antoinette M. Hays, PhD, RN, who retired after 15 years as president and more than four decades of service to Regis College.
“Regis has a proud tradition of developing leaders who serve with purpose and compassion, and this recognition reflects the extraordinary work of our faculty, staff, students, alumni, and partners,” said President Cautin. “As Regis enters its centennial year, we are building on a strong foundation and looking toward the future with a continued commitment to equipping students to make a meaningful difference in their communities and professions.”
“We are proud to celebrate the women leaders who continue to shape Massachusetts businesses, nonprofits, and communities,” said Elizabeth L. Hailer, Chief Executive Officer of The Women’s Edge. “The 2026 Top 100 honorees represent the breadth and strength of women’s leadership across the Commonwealth, and we look forward to celebrating their accomplishments together this fall.”
The 2026 Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts are currently listed alphabetically on The Women’s Edge website. The rankings will be revealed at the 2026 Top 100 Awards Breakfast on Friday, October 30, 2026. View the 2026 Top 100 alphabetical list here.
The university’s continued recognition builds on Regis’ longstanding commitment to access, opportunity, leadership development, and service as it celebrates its centennial year. In May 2026, Regis awarded more than 1,000 degrees, including 628 nursing degrees, underscoring the university’s continued role in preparing health care professionals amid ongoing regional and national workforce needs.
The Women’s Edge, a Boston-based nonprofit committed to advancing women in leadership, celebrates 26 years of recognizing women-led organizations that are driving the Massachusetts economy. The organization is continuing its tradition of recognizing exceptional businesses and nonprofits through an annual nomination and evaluation process.
Now in its 14th year in partnership with Boston Globe Magazine, the Top 100 list recognizes organizations based not only on revenue or operating budgets, but also on factors including workplace diversity, innovation, and customer benefits.
