Questions regarding your financial aid can be answered at the Center for Student Services, including:

• Questions regarding FASFA
• Federal verification paperwork
• Regis grants
• Regis scholarships

• Other financial aid specific inquiries
• Discrepancies regarding financial aid awards
• Work study programs (Paycom)

Students can access their academic records and transcripts at the university's Office of the Registrar, located in the Center for Student Services. Some issues the registrar can help students with include:

• Academic records
• Registration for undergraduate, graduate, Lawrence Memorial and Regis North in Lawrence (NECC) Students
• Process official and unofficial student transcripts
• Process enrollment verifications
• Process deferments
• Provide degree audit
• Provide classroom assignments and final exam schedule
• Making room requests – faculty/staff only
• Add/drop
• Pass/fail
• Declaration of major and minor including name of advisor assigned to student
• Change of name and/or address

The Bursar and the Office of Student Accounts are responsible for student billing and payment collection. Fall bills are generated in early July, Spring/Winter bills are generated in early December, and Summer bills are generated in mid-to-late April. Bills include student tuition and fees, room and board (the Office of Residence Life assesses this charge based on room placement), and other charges. Cash receipt collections include payments for the items mentioned above.
