The Regis College Dental Center is a dental hygiene educational facility that provides affordable dental care services to Waltham and the surrounding community. Services are open to the public and provided by Regis dental hygiene students under direct supervision of dental hygiene educators and supervising staff dentist. The Regis College Dental Hygiene Program and the Regis College Dental Center practice and employ current infection control policies with all aspects of patient care, according to local and federal guidelines. These policies are available upon request.
Available Dental Services
The Regis College Dental Center offers the following dental services:
- Dental cleaning and exams ($20-$30)
- Deep cleaning ($120)
- Sealants ($15 per tooth)
- X-rays ($22-$30)
- Take Home Whitening Trays ($80)
- Custom Athletic Mouthguards ($30)
- Periodontal assessments, blood pressure, and oral cancer screenings
Methods of Payment
All services are provided at a reduced rate in comparison to a private dental office. The dental center accepts, cash, check, credit card, and five major insurances:
- Mass Health
- Delta Dental
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- MetLife
- Guardian PPO
Hours and Appointments
The dental center is located at 1432 Main Street in Waltham, MA. The center operates Monday and Wednesday from September through November, and Monday through Thursday from January to April.
Patients are scheduled at 8 a.m. or 1 p.m. and are with the students for approximately three hours. Depending on the patient’s condition and the required treatment, it may be necessary to return for additional appointment(s).
