The Department of Human Resources serves the institution in all aspects of employment, benefits administration, and employee relations. It is responsible for the implementation and communication of the university’s personnel policies and procedures, the hiring process, completion of records related to employment, performance management and evaluation, and administration of employment benefits. It ensures compliance with state and federal regulations related to employment and benefits administration and sponsors events to promote and develop community. Human Resources practices reflect excellence, leadership, and service, all hallmarks of the Regis College tradition.

Staff

The Regis administrative, professional, office and service staff are student-centered, mission-driven, and dedicated to professionalism. Full-time salaried administrative and professional staff observe a weekly base schedule equivalent to a minimum of 35-hours. Full-time hourly office staff positions work either a 35-hour or a 40-hour weekly schedule. Administrative, professional, and office staff observe a flextime schedule during the summer. Full-time service staff work a 40-hour week.

Faculty

The Regis College faculty possess a highly developed commitment to teaching and service and carry out research and publishing within their individual fields. Small class sizes and a low student-faculty ratio allow Regis to afford its students a distinctive level of individualized instruction.
