Agreement will provide Boston Medical Center employees discounted tuition for Regis graduate programs

Regis has partnered with Boston Medical Center to create affordable opportunities for BMC employees to advance their career by earning a graduate degree from Regis, a leading Catholic university in Greater Boston. BMC’s mission to provide excellent and accessible health services to all in need of care regardless of status or ability to pay impeccably aligns with Regis’ core values to create an ideal partnership. Regis hopes that by making advanced degrees more accessible to those at BMC, they can support their efforts to provide the best service possible to those in the community.

The agreement will allow BMC employees with a bachelor’s degree to potentially save thousands of dollars in tuition by taking advantage of exclusive benefits. Some of those benefits include preferred-tuition reduction of 20% for eligible Regis certificate, graduate, and doctoral programs and 10% for fully online programs; waiver of application fees and GRE requirement (some program exclusions apply); and direct bill option for employee tuition reimbursement program.

“This unique partnership with one of Boston’s premier healthcare employers responds to the growing need for master’s-prepared employees,” said Regis President Antoinette Hays, PhD, RN. “We are pleased to provide exclusive pathways to our exceptional graduate school offerings for BMC employees who wish to continue their education.”

Additional benefits include convenient and flexible program formats including hybrid and onsite cohorts for 10 or more employees. BMC employees will also receive access to job fairs, industry workshops, and leading industry speaker series at Regis; free job, internship, and field placement postings on Regis’ student portal; on-site interviewing and recruiting; individual advising sessions and transcript evaluations for all employees; small class sizes and faculty support with personalized learning.
