With a 10:1 child-to-teacher ratio, the kindergarten classroom at Regis ensures that each child has a personalized, hands-on experience. Many of the programs used in public and private schools are incorporated directly into our classrooms to ensure that children are already familiar with and well prepared for the next steps in their educational journey.

Children must be five years of age by September to be enrolled into the kindergarten program. Junior kindergarten options are available within the same classroom for children ages four years, nine months, to four years, 11 months, with developmental assessment and approval of the director.

All children must attend five days per week for the hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Before and after-school care may be available to extend a child's program to our full-day hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Our kindergarten children spend their day focused on academics, outdoors, investigating, and collaborating as part of a larger community. We are focused on teaching children the skills needed in society. Parking lot safety is addressed as children walk throughout campus, global citizenship is developed as the children meet and interact with a diverse group of people, and gratitude for others and mindfulness is nurtured throughout each experience.
