Regis is excited to announce a new research opportunity using zebrafish.
Zebrafish are popular among the medical and biological industry right now because of their use in studying cancer and other groundbreaking research.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity for Regis students to be trained in using these fish,” said Shari Litch-Gray, STEM department chair at Regis.
The facility is in collaboration with Boston Children’s Hospital Zon Laboratory. At present time, the main focus is to bring more fish in slowly to ensure a safe, healthy environment.
