Regis, a leading Catholic university in Greater Boston, has named Lianne Marshall, MBA, co-owner of Marshall Properties, Inc. in Pawtucket, R.I., to its Board of Trustees.
Marshall Properties is a family owned real estate business responsible for more than $150 million dollars of real estate activities including some of the most notable projects throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts and northern Florida. As co-owner, Ms. Marshall offers comprehensive oversight for acquisition or development services for her clients. Prior to MPI, Marshall was director of strategic growth research at Forrester Research. Her previous experience includes human resources and recruiting positions at Putnam Investments and Choate, Hall and Stewart in Boston, and Merrill Lynch in New York City.
Regis President Antoinette Hays, PhD, RN, said, “As we grow, the university will depend on Lianne’s great expertise and knowledge of construction and facilities to continue our campus transformation. I am happy to have Lianne join our board and look forward to working with her in the new academic year.”

Marshall, originally from East Providence, R.I., received her bachelor's from Villanova University in 1992 and Master of Business Administration degree from Boston College in 1999. She lives in Boston with her husband.
