Regis College and Lawrence Public Schools (LPS) have launched a new partnership to provide LPS employees and Lawrence High School alumni with tuition discounts on graduate programs and bachelor’s completion programs at the university. Bachelor’s completion in education programs will be offered online and at Lawrence Public Schools’ education and training facilities.
With the partnership, eligible LPS employees are now able to enroll at Regis College and receive significant discounts of up to 25 percent for eligible graduate, doctoral, bachelor’s completion and certificate programs, as well as 10 percent off of online graduate programs in education. Lawrence High School alumni are also eligible for discounted bachelor's completion programs.
“We’re proud of our collaboration with the City of Lawrence and our ability to support the professional development of Lawrence Public School employees,” said Regis College President Antoinette Hays, PhD, RN. “We have experienced great success with this partnership model and I’m pleased to bring this flexible educational opportunity to the Merrimack Valley.”
“We believe very strongly in educational partnerships at LPS, and are extremely excited to join with Regis College in providing our staff with this opportunity,” said Lawrence Public Schools Superintendent Cynthia Paris. “A more affordable path to high-quality professional development not only benefits our exceptional team of LPS educators, but also the students, families and community they serve.”
