Employees and volunteers who work and serve at any of the 28 YMCAs in Massachusetts can get tuition discounts for online and hybrid campus-based programs at Regis College. These discounts are also available to employees’ and volunteers’ families.

“We are very excited for the partnership,” said Peter Doliber, CEO of the Alliance of Massachusetts YMCAs. “It gives the staff and volunteers tremendous opportunities. We very much encourage YMCA staff and volunteers to continue their education and learning for career enhancement, especially if it aligns with the work they are doing with the Y.”

This new partnership also includes a streamlined credit transfer policy for Y employees or volunteers considering adult degree completion, as well as customized academic consulting.

The Alliance is a non-profit organization that works on behalf of the Massachusetts YMCAs to promote, support, and advocate the community service organizations’ programing.

“Regis College and the Alliance of Massachusetts YMCAs share a common mission of strengthening our communities for a more just and compassionate global society,” said Regis College President Antoinette Hays, PhD, RN. “This partnership provides YMCA employees and volunteers access to affordable educational opportunities that will enhance the skill sets they use to teach our youth to be socially responsible individuals.”

Regis College’s strategic partnership program provides affordable, educational opportunities to companies across the country, including school districts, hospitals, and other non-profit organizations.
