100 Years of Rising Together
For a century, Regis College has been a place where learning meets service, where ideas turn into meaningful action, and where students discover their power to make a difference in the world.
As we begin our year of Centennial celebrations, we honor the people, moments, and milestones that have shaped Regis, from our founding by the Sisters of St. Joseph in 1927 to the generations of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends who continue to champion our mission today.
Centennial Stories
Behind every milestone in Regis’ history are the people who have brought our mission to life. The lessons learned, relationships formed, challenges overcome, and accomplishments celebrated have created a century of stories that define who we are. Throughout our Centennial year, we will share Regis memories and stories from alumni, faculty, staff, and students.
What does Regis mean to you? Share a favorite memory, a person who made a difference, or an experience that shaped your path. Your story can help us celebrate the people and moments that make Regis what it is today.
Centennial Events
Throughout our Centennial year, the Regis community will come together through special events, storytelling initiatives, campus traditions, and opportunities to reconnect with one another. We invite you to participate.
Words from our Founders, the Sisters of St. Joseph
The Sisters of Saint Joseph are so proud of Regis College as we all celebrate 100 years. Regis' excellent education and care has helped so many people to know themselves as bearers of unity and love of our "dear neighbors" in many parts of our country and world!
We extend our gratitude to all who have led the university, and to the amazing faculty and staff who have taught and formed the Regis community, calling everyone to a quality of life that enriches the human family. Congratulations and blessings from your Founder and Sponsor!
As we celebrate our past, we continue to prepare students to lead, serve, and transform the world around them. The next 100 years of Regis will be defined by innovation, opportunity, and the enduring commitment to our mission.
Together, let's celebrate a Century of Rising.
