Applications for financial aid are considered on a rolling basis. It is recommended that you file your financial aid forms at least two months prior to the start of the academic year to allow time for processing. You must be enrolled at least half-time (six credits) and matriculated into a degree program to receive financial assistance.

Students are urged to utilize the IRS Data Retrieval Tool (DRT) to instantly transfer your tax information directly into your FAFSA. The IRS Data Retrieval Tool is fast, accurate, secure, and streamlines the FAFSA filing and Verification process. If you have already filed your FAFSA for the 2018-2019 year, please update it by logging back into your FAFSA and use the Data Retrieval Tool to import your 2016 tax information. Students may use the DRT in lieu of submitting 2016 federal tax transcripts (if requested by the Financial Aid Office).
Students who do not or cannot use the IRS data retrieval process when filing a FAFSA may be required to provide a 2016 IRS tax transcript if selected for verification. A tax transcript can be obtained through the IRS web site at:

Regis College financial aid decisions are made on an academic-year basis. Renewal of financial aid awards are contingent upon maintaining satisfactory academic progress, timely reapplication for financial aid each year, continued demonstration of financial need as determined in prior years, and continued availability of funding from all sources. In addition, any outstanding student account balance must be satisfied before a financial aid decision is made.
