Application Deadlines

Please note that for many of our graduate programs, up to two graduate courses may be taken at Regis prior to applying and/or being accepted to the program. Please contact the graduate admission office at 781.768.7330 or graduatedepartment@regiscollege.edu for more information.*

* Does not apply to the MS in Occupational Therapy, MS in Speech Language Pathology, Accelerated BS in Nursing, 24-month BS in Nursing, or Accelerated BS/MS in Nursing. Prerequisite courses for the MS in Occupational Therapy, MS in Speech Language Pathology, Accelerated BS in Nursing, 24-month BS in Nursing, and Accelerated BS/MS in Nursing are offered throughout the year at Regis. Many programs accept applications on a rolling admission basis. On a space available basis, applicants are encouraged to apply after application deadlines and will be reviewed as received and completed following the deadline. Application and Admission Processing Tips

In order to expedite application completion and admission processing, please follow the criteria below:

  • Submit application documents electronically
  • We will use unofficial transcripts to review and make decisions 1
  • Use of credit cards is best to submit deposits (or any other payments)
  • Communication is best directed to your counselor through email
  1.  If accepted, official transcripts will still be required as a contingency of acceptance

  • 24-Month BS in Nursing for Non-Nurse College Graduates (online)

    Fall Application Deadlines

    • Early Action Deadline: December 1
    • Regular Action Deadline: March 1

    Rolling admission after Regular Action deadlines. On a space available basis, applicants are encouraged to apply after application deadlines and will be reviewed as received and completed following the deadline.

    Accepted students must submit the Admission Reply Form to Regis (with a nonrefundable $1,000 deposit) by the date listed on their acceptance letter. Extensions are not granted. If a student does not complete the application by the priority deadline, their application will be rolled into the larger pool and reviewed under the Regular Action or rolling admission policy (depending upon the date of application completion).

  • Accelerated 16-Month BS in Nursing for Non-Nurse College Graduates

    Fall Application Deadlines

    • Early Action Deadline: December 1
    • Regular Action Deadline: March 1

    Rolling admission after Regular Action deadlines. On a space available basis, applicants are encouraged to apply after application deadlines and will be reviewed as received and completed following the deadline.

  • Accelerated Direct-Entry MSN

    All applicants must apply via NCAS and submit all documents, including transcripts to NCAS for verification. NCAS Applicants cannot be reviewed by the Regis admission team until they are verified on NCAS.

    Fall Entrance Only

    • Early Action Deadline: October 1
    • Early Action II Deadline: December 1
    • Regular Action Deadline: February 1

    Accepted students must submit the Admission Reply Form (with the first nonrefundable deposit) to Regis by the date listed on their acceptance letter. A nonrefundable deposit totaling $2,500 is required to secure a spot in the program as follows: $1,000 due by the date specified on acceptance letter; $1,000 due two months after the first deposit due date; $500 due by May 1 or as indicated on accept letter during rolling admission cycle. All deposits are non-refundable. Extensions are not granted. If a student does not complete the application by the priority deadline, their application will be rolled into the larger pool and reviewed under the Regular Action or rolling admission policy (depending upon the date of application completion).

  • MS in Applied Behavior Analysis

    March 25, with rolling admission after this date. On a space available basis, applicants are encouraged to apply after application deadlines and will be reviewed as received and completed following the deadline.

  • Doctor of Nursing Practice

    March 1, with rolling admission after this date. On a space available basis, applicants are encouraged to apply after application deadlines and will be reviewed as received and completed following the deadline.

  • EdD in Higher Education Leadership

    Summer Entrance: May 1

  • MS in Nurse Practitioner

    Two graduate courses from the following four courses may be taken at Regis prior to applying and/or being accepted to the program. Please note that this applies to the on-campus MS in Nursing program only.

    • NU 601 Nursing Theory
    • NU 605 Concepts in Nursing Leadership
    • HP 609 Health Policy, Politics, and Perspectives
    • NU 606 Advanced Pathophysiology

    Application Deadlines

    Rolling admission after priority deadlines. On a space available basis, applicants are encouraged to apply after application deadlines and will be reviewed as received and completed following the deadline.

    Please note that applications for any given term must be completed no later than two weeks prior to the term start date in order to be considered for that term.

  • MS in Occupational Therapy

    Regis accepts applications solely through the Centralized Application System for Occupational Therapy (OTCAS) portal. Please review OTCAS for all application requirements and deadlines.

    Fall (August) entrance:

    • Early Action Deadline: December 1
    • Regular Action Deadline: February 1

    Rolling admission after Regular Action deadlines, contingent upon space availability. On a space available basis, applicants are encouraged to apply after application deadlines and will be reviewed as received and completed following the deadline.

  • MS in Speech-Language Pathology

    Fall (August) entrance:

    • Priority Deadline: January 15
    • Final Deadline: March 15

    Note: Applications that are complete and verified through CSDCAS will be reviewed and admission decisions will be sent to applicants by April 15.

    On a space available basis, applicants are encouraged to apply after the final application deadline and will be reviewed as received and completed following the deadline.

  • MA in Counseling

    Fall Entrance: March 1

    Spring Entrance: October 1

    Summer Entrance: February 1
