The U.S. Department of Education made funds available to Regis College to distribute to students under three sets of laws. Under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), HEERF II (CRRSSA), and HEERF III (ARP Act) Regis distributed funds to students in the spring of 2020.

Yes, students in fully online programs who have an expressed financial need and are eligible to receive federal aid are eligible for Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund II distribution.
Eligible students will receive an email over the coming weeks with information about their distribution amount.

The U.S. Department of Education guidance for Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund II distribution requires Regis to distribute funds based on students' financial need and those who are eligible to receive federal benefits. To decide how to distribute these funds, Regis gathered representatives from the faculty, Graduate Student Affairs, Undergraduate Student Affairs, and the Student Services Center, and determined those students - undergraduate and graduate - with demonstrated need per the FAFSA are eligible.
Regis understands that, to varying degrees, all students have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and that students who are not receiving funds still have need. The Dear Neighbor Fund is available to try to meet some of that need (see above). Please know we worked hard to distribute limited funding as fairly as possible.
