Athlete Move-In

Sunday, August 19, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Students with holds will meet with Student Accounts on Monday, August 20th (check with your coach for a pre-assigned time)

Early Move-in Program

Wednesday, August 29

Students in the PRIDE Scholars, Honors Program, or Presidential Scholars are invited to move-in early to take part in programming and events with members of their class.

An application will go live in July on the Adirondack portal to register to participate in the program.

First-Year and Transfer Residential Students

Sunday, September 2, 8:30 a.m. - noon
All students moving in should first go to the Lower Student Center to check-in, address any holds, and receive their keys and iPad.

The Bookstore and Regis Post Office will be open on Sunday and Monday.

Sunday, September 2: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

All returning students

Sunday, September 2, noon - 3 p.m.

Important Dates and Information for First-Year and Transfer Students

  • Bills will be mailed to all first-year students in early July. Returning students will receive a bill on their student account.
  • Bills due: Friday, August 3
  • Waive or enroll in your student Health Insurance
    • Note: Failure to waive the Regis Health Insurance will result in you being automatically enrolled and billed for the university’s insurance.
