Power has been restored to the Weston campus. The updated final exam schedule is now available. Click here for more information.
Massachusetts State Law requires that incoming students provide proof of immunizations. Requirements apply to all full-time undergraduate and graduate students under 30 years of age and all full and part-time nursing and health science students regardless of age. This includes individuals from another country attending or visiting classes or educational programs as part of an academic visitation or exchange program. Health information must be submitted no later than Monday, July 15, 2024, for fall enrollment and Thursday, January 2, 2025, for spring enrollment.
Regis has partnered with CastleBranch, a compliance management company, to provide students with a secure online account to manage time sensitive health document requirements. All students must use this platform to upload required documentation. CastleBranch (myCB) quality assurance specialists will review and verify documentation submittals with a status of complete, incomplete, or rejected. When documentation is missing, incomplete, or in need of further updating, the student will receive email alerts from myCB. Regis College Center for Health and Wellness does not accept any hard copies of health records and does not review any records for compliance.
To upload documentation, each new incoming student must first create a secure myCB account. Click on the “Place Order” field in the upper right corner of the CastleBranch home page. You will then need to put in your package code based on your program of study:
Student type | MyCB Package Code |

All incoming undergraduate first-year students and undergraduate transfer students | EO10 |
All incoming full-time graduate students under 30 years of age | EP47 |

Accept the Terms and Conditions of Use and select Continue.
Undergraduate students: continue your order by placing your PIN (personal identification number - your Regis student ID#) into the designated area. Complete your account by entering your personal information and using your Regis email address which will then become your myCB username.
Graduate students: will be required to pay a one-time $43 fee to create their myCB account and submit their Regis email address. Graduate student orders do not require a PIN. (Fees for health science and nursing students may differ.)
CastleBranch accepts MasterCard, Visa, debit cards, electronic checks, money orders, or installment payments.
Note: Incoming Undergraduate and Graduate Students for the fall 2024/spring 2025 school year will be notified by email when the CastleBranch website becomes available for registration and uploading of Health Forms.
