Regis is excited to welcome our students for spring 2025
Fall Pre-Season Athletes
Winter Pre-Season Athletes will move before the start of the semester. More specific information will be communicated by head coaches.
New Students
Friday, January 17 | 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Students should check in at the Residence Life main office in the Student Center
Returning Students
Sunday, January 19 | 9 a.m. to noon
Monday, January 20 | 9 a.m. to noon
All residential students should log onto the Adirondack Housing Portal and select their move in date. They will then be able to check in on that date by logging back into the Adirondack Housing Portal.
To Apply for an Early Arrival
- Go to the Adirondack portal
- Sign in with Regis username and password
- The Break Housing Application will be under the "Applications" tab
Break Housing
Students who wish to stay on campus during university breaks must submit an application and receive approval. All students are required to leave during this time unless they receive a break approval from Residence Life.
All dates subject to adjustments as necessary based on the guidance of health authorities.

Move out: Thursday, May 1, 2025 by 9 p.m.
Seniors
Move out: Saturday, May 10, 2025, by 8 p.m.
Summer Housing - Summer 2024
To Apply for Summer Housing
- Go to the Adirondack portal beginning March 27
- Sign in with Regis username and password
- The Summer Housing Application will be under the "Applications" tab beginning in March
- All students must apply by the deadline, April 21, to be considered for summer housing
Summer Housing Information
- To be eligible for summer housing a student must fulfill one of the following criteria:
- Work a minimum of 25 hours/week on campus
- Be a summer student taking at least two courses
- Be an Orientation Leader or summer Resident Assistant
- Summer Session Dates:
- Summer Session I: May 16 through June 25
- Summer Session II: June 27 through August 6
- Summer Housing Rates for Summer 2023
- For all students: $865 per summer session
- Fee for Housing between Summer II and Opening: $650
