Students may choose to opt in when applying to Regis College or requesting information in one of our programs online or via printed interest forms.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. When you opt in to receive SMS messages, you are responsible for any carrier fees such as data plan charges, text messaging charges, tolls, out-of-area roaming, and other charges. Messaging frequency per month varies based on your student status and associated actions. You are responsible for managing the types of SMS texts you receive. Regis College shall not be responsible for any charges related to use of this service.

Carriers
SMS communications from Regis College may not be available through all mobile carriers. Regis College communications are currently available through all carriers served by Twilio. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Regis College will not ask you for, nor should you provide, personally identifiable information, passwords, or any other confidential or sensitive information in SMS messages. Except as permitted by Regis College's Privacy Policy, Regis College does not share your information with third parties.

Further, Regis College shall not be liable for any time lags, delays, or undelivered SMS messages, as such delivery is within the sole control of your mobile carrier.
If you are dissatisfied with this service or these Terms and Conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to opt-out. By opting-in, you acknowledge that your use of the service is at your sole risk.
Amendment
Regis College may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. If we choose to do so, then the effective date of the change will be identified at the bottom of this webpage. You will be deemed to have agreed to any such modifications by your continued use of this site on or after the “Last Modified” date.
