The following check list outlines your next steps as you prepare for the fall semester after you have submitted your enrollment deposit.

Register for New Student Orientation
Orientation is critical to the success of each student. You will meet new friends, make connections, learn about your new home, and have fun doing it! Orientation is an overnight event for students who have made their deposit.
When: July 14 to 15, 2026

Explore SPIKE: Your Regis Student Portal
SPIKE is your go-to hub for everything you’ll need as a Regis student. Log in using the Regis credentials sent to you by Information Technology Services (ITS).
What can I find on SPIKE?
- Regis Email: Check important updates and communication from the college.
- Moodle: Access placement exams and your course materials.
- Regis Hub: View your financial aid, student bill, grades, and update emergency contacts.
- Housing Portal: Complete your housing application, choose a roommate, and select your dining plan.
Please note: Beginning July 18, all communications will only be sent to your Regis email.
Complete Your Placement Assessments
Sign-in to Moodle and use your newly created Regis username (e.g. abcd123) and your password.
After you access Moodle, select the course titled “Math and Writing Placement Fall 2026.”
Math Placement Test: Helps determine which math course you’ll take in the fall.
Writing Assessment: Helps your professor tailor your first-year writing experience.
Sign Up for Your Advising Appointment
After you finish your math placement test, a link will appear in Moodle.
Use that link to schedule your Advising and Course Selection (ACS) appointment.
During your appointment, you will: Review and plan your fall schedule.
Register for On-Campus Housing
Students planning to live on campus for fall 2026 can submit their housing application on the Adirondack Portal starting June 1, 2026.
Choose a roommate or fill out a preference form to be matched.
Select your dining plan after your housing is assigned.
Send Final Transcripts and Advanced Placement (AP) Scores
Final high school or college transcripts should be sent by June 30, 2026.
Send through College Board using Regis’ school code 3723 by August 3, 2026.
Submit your final high school or college transcripts to the Office of Undergraduate Admission.
Complete Medical Forms by July 15
Required by Massachusetts law (immunizations and health insurance info).
You’ll receive instructions via your Regis email from the Center for Health and Wellness on how to upload your forms online.
Student Health Insurance: Enroll or Waive
All students must have health insurance. Regis provides a plan if you don’t have your own. Important: If you don’t waive the school plan during the waiver period, you’ll automatically be enrolled and billed.
Request Your Regis Student ID Card
In order to obtain your Regis ID card, you will need to email, ids@regiscollege.edu.
Subject: Request for Student ID Card + your full name
Send photo image of your face only and must be a color headshot (.jpg or .jpeg) and clear.
Resident students will pick up their IDs during move-in.
Commuter students will pick up their IDs at the Center for Student Services, located in St. Joseph Hall, second floor.
Pay Your Student Bill
All student bills are posted to Regis Hub. Paper statements are mailed to first semester undergraduate students on July 1, 2026. All following semesters, students will receive their bills via Regis Hub. Tuition bills are due by August 10, 2026.
