New IDs

If you are a new student, faculty, or staff member of Regis College and are unable to attend an assigned orientation, you can make a 15-minute appointment or drop-in at the Front Desk of the Center for Student Services (CSS) in College Hall, Room 221 to take your picture and receive your ID on the spot.

To make an appointment, please email ids@regiscollege.edu with your first name, last name, and availability. Once the email is received and reviewed, we will provide an email appointment confirmation.

We are available for drop-in visits during the following times:

  • Monday–Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Friday 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Please Note: The time allotted for this process may fluctuate per Front Desk volume at time of your arrival.

Appointment Cancellation: If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please email us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment.

Replace a Lost/Stolen ID

Please email ids@regiscollege.edu with your first name, last name, ID number (if known) and a description of what happened to your ID. Once the email is received and reviewed, we will provide an email confirmation for pick up. You are able to pick up new IDs at the Front Desk of CSS in College Hall, Room 221 during the following times:

  • Monday–Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Friday 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m

A $20 ID replacement fee will be assessed at time of pick up. Payment can be made in cash at the Front Desk or a charge placed on the student account. Please note that the cost is subject to change.

Replace a Deactivated or Broken ID

Please bring the ID in person to the Front Desk of CSS in College Hall, Room 221. A new ID will be created at no charge. The old ID must be discarded for security purposes.

We are available for drop-in visits during the following times:

  • Friday 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
