Dr. Priscilla Boerger
Host
Dr. Boerger is the chair of the Department of Education at Regis and the Program Director for the EdD in Leadership. She will guide the conversation and facilitate an engaging discussion focused on the realities of balancing doctoral study with professional and personal responsibilities.
Dr. Beth Ross
Keynote Speaker
Dr. Ross brings more than two decades of higher education leadership experience, having served Emmanuel College in a variety of critical roles, including Dean of Institutional Effectiveness/Chief Data Officer and Acting President, with a deep commitment to student success and collaborative leadership. She holds a doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Regis College and a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Suffolk University.
