Take advantage of this free and confidential screening for depression. Fill out an easy 3 minute questionnaire that can help students gauge whether their stress is entering more serious territory. Then sit down with one of our counselors to go over the questionnaire. You can sit with the counselor in a screened area of the Upper Student Center or bring the questionnaire to the Counseling Center anytime between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. that day to meet in a more private setting.
