Candidates for this program are associate's degree or diploma nurses.

  • Completed application form and all transcripts
  • Statement of purpose; a resume; one letters of recommendation
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required
  • Interview with the program director may be required
  • A history of an unencumbered registered nurse license is required
