Stacey Villeda

Stacey (she/hers) is a new counselor on the Regis team for the 2021-2022 school year. Stacey is a first-generation Latinx college graduate who earned her bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College. As an undergraduate, she took part in a peer facilitation program that gave her the opportunity to run a class amongst her peers to create conversation around what mental health looks like throughout different parts of the world. Stacey’s professional interests include expressive activities, mindfulness, coping techniques related to anxiety and stress, as well as skill building around interpersonal relationships. Stacey also works within a non-profit organization where she is able to work with adolescents and young adults to provide support, resources, and academic guidance to high school students in Boston.
