Nick Lee

About

Nick Lee (he/him) is a counseling intern who joined the staff fall 2023. Nick earned his bachelor’s degree from Vassar College in 2019, where he was a four-year member of the varsity men’s tennis team. Nick is currently a graduate student, pursuing his master's in counseling psychology with a specialization in sport and performance psychology at Boston University.

Nick’s professional interests include mindfulness, identity development and exploration, LGBTQIA+ challenges, attachment style, coping strategies for stress and anxiety, and social-emotional learning. In his sport psychology work, Nick is passionate about helping athletes and teams develop the mental skills to thrive within their sport and improve their enjoyment of it. He often emphasizes how these mental skills can serve as transferable life skills to be utilized in various performance domains in one’s life.
