As expectations for nurses grow more complex, employers increasingly prefer registered nurses (RNs) who hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) rather than just an associate's degree. In fact, according to a recent report by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), more than half of today’s nurses enter the workforce with at least a BSN.
With your online RN to BSN degree from Regis, you can complete your bachelor’s to keep up and excel in today’s rapidly evolving nursing landscape.
Overview
As the name implies, the RN to BSN Degree Completion program is designed to help current RNs improve on existing credentials to complete a BS in Nursing. Our program gives you credit for existing nursing education work and allows you to complete just the coursework you’re missing to earn your BSN. In fact, you can finish in about 12 months.
With the AACN recommending the Bachelor of Science in Nursing as the educational standard for today’s nurses, there’s never been a better time to earn yours.
