The healthcare providers at Regis Community Health Services can prescribe medications and order diagnostic testing. Some testing is done on site at Health Services and some are sent out to an independent lab.

Patients need to be aware of how their health insurance works including the Regis student health insurance plan and what restrictions may apply. It is the responsibility of the patient to obtain referrals or authorization for medical appointments at Health Services or elsewhere for lab tests, x-rays, hospitalizations, etc. required by their insurance company. Patients are responsible for all charges not covered by health insurance including co-payments and deductibles.

Health Services has partnered with Keyes Drug to provide students with free prescription medication delivery service to Health Services during clinic hours. The pharmacy will deliver medications prescribed by Health Services as well as those prescribed by other health care providers. Keyes is located at 2090 Commonwealth Ave., Auburndale MA. They can be reached at 617.244.2794.
