Illness, stress, sleep, nutrition, emotional well-being, and relationships can all effect students’ success academically and socially. Regis College offers programs and events throughout the academic year to bring awareness to these issues and provide students with the tools and information needed to make positive health and lifestyle decisions.

Regis also participates in Fresh Check Day, a national college/university mental health promotion and suicide prevention event.

  • Regis 5K

    The Health Services annual 5k is held each spring on Reading Day. The goal of this event is to bring the Regis community together to celebrate the end of the semester and the beginning of the spring season through unity and exercise. The 5k is not a race and participants are encouraged to take part by running, walking or rolling. Everyone that takes part is given an event t-shirt and entered in the 5k raffle and is welcome to enjoy the variety of healthy snacks provided at the finish line.

  • Holistic Health Fair

    Each November, Health Services sponsors a Holistic Health Fair which brings together traditional and alternative local practitioners covering a wide variety of approaches to health and well-being. Collectively, these providers promote natural healing while offering the Regis community the opportunity to learn and explore. Students, staff and faculty can discover the power of reiki, yoga, massage, acupuncture, meditation, hypnotherapy and much more. There are also vendors in attendance that offer homemade soaps and chocolates, jewelry and a variety of gift items. Attendees can get tarot card readings or a henna tattoo while enjoying the complimentary buffet all while listening to live music.
