Dear Class of 2020,

I wish I could hand you those hard-earned diplomas next week, but I send warmest congratulations and look forward to a future celebration. In light of the delayed commencement and the challenges many of you are facing, we have decided we will not be collecting graduation fees this year. If you have paid your conferral fee, we will be refunding it shortly. If you have not yet paid, no action is required at this time.

Please note the following additional updates:

  • Diplomas will be mailed to you once the degree is conferred and coronavirus-related disruptions in the production of diplomas by the printer are resolved.
  • If you are in need of a degree verification, official transcripts may be requested through Regis Access by clicking on “Transcript Requests”. Note: Spring 2020 degrees will be posted on transcripts after May 15. Transcripts requested prior to that date will not indicate that your degree has been awarded.
  • Delivery of commencement regalia (cap, gown and hood) has also been delayed. If you ordered your regalia to be delivered to the campus bookstore, please email bookstore@regiscollege.edu and include the following information: name, degree and delivery address where you would like it sent instead.
  • If you ordered your regalia to be delivered to your home, it will be shipped as soon as restrictions are lifted.

Please know all of us at Regis send our best wishes and congratulations on your accomplishments.

Sincerely,

Antoinette M. Hays, PhD, RN
President
