    About

    Dr. Sodhi has over 30 years in social work education. Prior to earning her MSW degree, Dr. Sodhi served on active duty as an officer in the United States Marine Corps for six years, retiring from the Reserves in 2004.

    She served as the field director and faculty member at the University of Georgia for 10 years, earning her doctorate in Adult Education in 2006 from the same institution. She served for one year in the Peace Corps (Thailand). Then she was based in Germany as the manager and Faculty member for Social Work programs offered to military and civilians stationed in Europe.

    She joined the Regis online MSW faculty in October 2018. Dr. Sodhi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (GA) and resides in Athens, Georgia. Her practice background is addictions, mental health, and community-based social work.
