Kristin Fleagle

About

Kristin (she/hers) is a counseling intern who joined the Regis staff in 2023. Kristin earned her bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology from the Carthage College in 2014 where she also competed as a varsity track and field athlete. Kristin went on to become a collegiate track and field coach at various colleges and universities for the last 10 years. She is currently a graduate student, pursuing a master’s degree in counseling psychology with a specialization in sport and performance psychology at Boston University. Kristin's professional interests include identity work, values exploration, embracing life transitions, understanding motivation, and helping people cope with stress and anxiety. Kristin also practices sport psychology and is passionate about helping student-athletes and coaches deepen their abilities to reflect as well as use mental skills training to enhance performance and well-being.
