Adam holds a BA in English from University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MA in English from Boston College. Prior to Regis, Adam managed all aspects of the Rutgers University-Camden off-campus programs at Camden County College, which increased student access to degree completion opportunities and allowed students to complete all BA requirements off-site. Adam also brings extensive experience in student retention programs at Purchase College-State University of New York; as director of the Advising Center and the Learning Center, he focused on addressing issues of retention and student engagement, training faculty advisors, expanding student support through the Learning Center, ensuring successful student registration and progress toward timely graduation, and organizing outreach and supported the needs of students at-risk. Adam is interested in removing roadblocks to student success, utilizing writing as a coaching and teaching tool, and continually collaborating with and learning from our students.
