Graduate Student Life
Hello, and welcome to the Office of Graduate Affairs at Regis! My name is Evan Maloney, and I am the Director of Graduate and Professional Student Affairs. I am excited that you have chosen to join the Regis College community. With a rapidly expanding graduate and professional student population and an increasing number of resources and experiences designed exclusively for you, it is an exciting time to be at Regis!
Our graduate students are an essential part of the Regis Community, and we are always looking for new ways to engage you in our vibrant campus. Whether you are enjoying lunch with President Hays, attending a career fair, participating in service opportunities or just relaxing on our new campus quad, we hope Regis will become your second home! Throughout the semester, please be sure to read our Gradwire Newsletter to stay up-to-date and all of the offerings available to grad students on campus!
If you have any questions or concerns during your time at Regis, I would encourage you to contact me at 781-768-7289 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are on campus, you can also stop by my office in College Hall 229 with any questions or just to say hi. I look forward to seeing you soon!
Graduate Student Hooding
The annual Graduate Student Hooding Ceremony will take place on Tuesday, May 2nd at 6:30pm under the Commencement Tent. At this ceremony, graduating Masters and Doctoral students ceremonially receive the hood they will wear at Commencement. A number of academic and service based awards are also conferred to graduating students. There is a reception immediately following the ceremony for students and their guests.
We hope that all of our graduating grad students--and their families and friends--will join us for our favorite night of the year! If you plan to attend Hooding, please RSVP online.
More detailed instructions regarding Hooding will be sent out to graduating students in April.
