2017-2018 Housing Selection Information
New Student Housing Placement
Students entering Regis for Fall 2017 are now able to start completing their housing process. All new students must log into the Adirondack Portal in order to sign their housing contract and complete their housing application.
Students may search for and select a roommate they know, who has also signed and completed their housing contract on this portal. Students who are not planning on selecting a roommate they know will be matched based on the living preference they fill out on their application. All placements will be made in August.
For more information about completing this form or selecting a roommate, please click here!
Returning students may also use this link to view their housing assignment and roommate.
Returning Student Housing Selection
In order to take be placed into housing for 2017-2018 academic year you must submit a $450 non-refundable housing deposit. Click here to make your deposit online. Select "Make Your Deposit" and then choose "Housing Deposit" as the Payment Type.
After students make their housing deposit and sign their housing agreement, they should reach out to the Residence Life to be placed into housing. Information about cost and accomodations can be found here.
Housing is gauranteed for all students who have deposited and are financially clear.
Information for Graduate Students
Graduate students may choose from two housing areas: single room in St. Joseph Hall or suite-style rooms (singles and doubles) in the Maria Hall extension.
Graduate students who deposit by March 15th will be guaranteed housing. Space will be reserved for graduate students through June 15th. Following that date, space will then be allocated on a rolling basis. Graduate students do not take part in the housing selection process outlined above as they will be placed manually apart from the undergraduate selection process.
To be considered for graduate housing, students should contact Evan Maloney, Assistant Director of Graduate Student Affairs (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Bridget Buoniconti, Director of Residence Life (email@example.com).
