BS in Medical Imaging, Breast Imaging Concentration

Program Description

The Regis College Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Imaging, with a concentration in Breast Imaging (BI) is for registered technologists in Radiography (RT(R))—or registry eligible. The program is full time, which starts each September and is 15 months in duration (may be longer if all of the genral education core requirements are not met).

The clinical rotations and many of the BI didactice courses will take place at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. It is the responsibility of the student to provide their own transportation to and from the hospital as needed.

Medical Imaging Courses


  • Radiography Certification: ARRT (R) 55 credits
  • Anatomy & Physiology 4-8 credits
  • Writing 3-6 credits (two sections required for graduation)
