Kaitlynn Malinowski Arvidson is the part-time Career Placement Manager for Graduate Students. She has over 7 years of experience in career development, career transitions, employer relations and recruiting. Kaitlynn’s passion is research in all facets of the career decision-making and execution process. She excels at assisting students develop targeted career objectives, results-oriented resumes and preparation for behavioral interviews.
Since 2008, Kaitlynn has enjoyed serving on the Regis Alumni Board of Directors. She is also a Senior Member of the Northeast Career Counselors’ Consortium Board of Directors. She received her B.A. in Communication at Regis in 2003 and her Ed.M. in Policy, Planning and Administration with a concentration in Higher Education at Boston University in 2008.
