All Undergraduate Students are Required to Participate in the
Centralized Check-In Process!

Centralized Check-In is an exciting process for Regis in which all undergraduate students will enter the academic year by participating in this mandatory streamlined process.

The dates and times for Centralized Check-In are:

All members of the Class of 2012
are required to check-in on
Sunday, August 31st from 9am - 12pm
in the Student Union.
Fall Orientation will immediately follow Check-In.

Returning & Transfer Students -
All members of the classes of 2009,
2010, 2011 are also requireed to check-in,
Monday, September 1st from 11am - 3am

Students should report to the Student Union prior to going to their Residence Halls. Students will only be able to obtain keys, IDs, and parking permits at Centralized Check-In and only after verifying that they are cleared to move in and start the semester. Commuter Students also need to attend Check-In in order to receive parking stickers, lockers, and other services as well.

Specific details regarding missing paperwork, outstanding balances and the state-mandated health forms will be sent to your home in the coming weeks. Students are encouraged to contact these offices in advance to check the status of these materials as to minimize your Check-In stops and to expedite the process. Failure to respond to missing and outstanding items will impact your ability to move on campus, obtain parking permits, and attend classes.

The Business Office can be reached at x7206
Financial Aid can be reached at x7180
Health Services can be reached at x7290

Centralized Check-In FAQ's

  • Do I move in on  on my Check-in Day ? Residential Students will be permitted move in after going through the Centralized Check-In Process.  Students, both residents and commuters, should come to the Student Union when first arriving on campus. Centralized Check-In  for the Class of 2012 will begin at 9am and go until 12pm, so please plan to arrive at some point during those hours to check-in.  Returning and Transfer students check-in on Monday, September 1st from 11am - 3pm. Students should plan to arrive at some juncture during this allotted time only. Students will not be at check-in this entire time. After completing Centralized Check-In, residents will be able to move into their residences. All students must check-in in order to receive parking permits,  housing access (for resident students),  IDs and access to  campus technology services  (email and blackboard)
  • Can I unpack and then go to Check-In? Students will not be permitted to unload automobiles until after completing Centralized Check-In. All students will be directed to park and go to the Student Union.  When moving into Residence Halls, please do not block fire lanes, double-park or block handicap egresses.
  • How long does Centralized Check-In (CCI) take?- CCI is a streamlined process; however, the length of a student's check-in depends on any outstanding materials that the student may have. Students with financial holds, unpaid tuition, or missing paperwork should anticipate a longer check-in than those students without any outstanding items. We therefore encourage that students contact these offices directly if they are unsure if you have holds. Students will not be completely "checked-in" until holds are resolved. The Business Office (x7206), the Office of Financial Aid (x7180), and Health Services (x7290) will be in the Student Union during CCI. Students will have to meet with these offices as a part of CCI if you have a hold.
  • I am an athlete on campus early, when do I check-in? All students that are on campus before August 31st or September 1st are required to check-in on their assigned days.  Athletes should communicate with their coaches in advance.
  • Do my parents come to CCI or Orientation? Parents are not required to attend Centralized Check-In. New Student Orientation, which begins at 12 noon, is only for members of the Class of 2012.
  • What if I have more questions  or concerns ? Please feel free to call  781-746-7455 or email laura.bertonazzi@regiscollege.edu if you have any questions!
