The Office of Human Resources serves the institution in all aspects of Personnel Management, Benefits Administration, and Employee Relations. It is responsible for the implementation and communication of the College’s personnel policies and procedures, the hiring process, completion of records related to employment, performance management and evaluation, and administration of all employment benefits. It ensures compliance with state and federal regulations related to employment and benefits administration and sponsors events to promote and develop community. Staff:
The Regis College administrative, professional, office, and service staff are student-centered, mission-driven, and dedicated to professionalism in their work for the College. There are approximately 203 staff employees, 51 percent of whom are full-time. Most employees in office positions work a 35-hour weekly schedule with a flextime schedule during the summer. Full-time service staff work a 40-hour week.
Faculty:
The Regis College faculty consists of 50 full-time members and approximately 60 part-time members. Eighty-four percent of the full-time faculty hold terminal degrees. In addition to carrying out research and publishing within their individual fields, faculty at Regis posses a highly developed commitment to teaching. Small class sizes and a low student-faculty ratio allow Regis to afford its students a distinctive level of individualized instruction.
