Healthcare Services

All Regis College students are eligible for health services. Regis College Health Services staff provides timely, accessible, and confidential health care. Our goal is to maintain the physical, psychological, and social well being of students through education, health promotion, and illness prevention. We view all students as individuals and take a holistic approach to health care.

All of our students are also eligible for mental health services, including counseling, medication evaluation, and referral. Mental health professionals are on campus daily. Services are available year-round, 24 hours a day.

We encourage all Regis College students to utilize the Health Services Office. We are available to answer any questions or to discuss any problems or concerns. If there is a need for further evaluation, we will refer you to the appropriate provider or to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

Confidentiality

We respect that students have concerns about confidentiality. Health Services maintains a policy of strict confidentiality for all counseling services and medical records. Parents, faculty, and administrators do not have access to your medical records. Information is released only with your written permission, except as required by law or in a life-threatening situation. Health records are not a part of a student's transcript or college record. Each student seen is offered a copy of our confidentiality policy.
