Campus Police

The Department of Campus Police is located in College Hall Room 102 and is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Officers receive police powers through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of State Police according to Chapter 22c Section 63 of the Commonwealth's General Laws.
The Department Consists of a Chief, Deputy Chief, Lieutenant, and two Sergeants. Campus Police works jointly with the Dean of Students' Office to promote safety awareness and crime prevention programs. In addition, the Department of Campus Police employs non-uniformed Security Officers stationed in the Fine Arts Center, work study students, and part-time desk attendants.
The Department of Campus Police maintains a close working relationship with Weston Police and Fire Departments, as well as state and federal law enforcement authorities. Informational meetings are held on an on-going basis with the Weston Police Department to gather data on any incident occurring in Weston or the surrounding towns that may pose a threat to Regis College.
