Welcome to the Regis College Athletic Training Page. Here, you can find pertinent information about our Sports Medicine Department. Regis is committed to athlete health, safety, and education. An athlete is defined as any person participating in a college-sponsored intercollegiate activity.
To help provide the best possible care for our student-athletes, the Department of Athletics has developed a set of policies for participation in intercollegiate athletics here at Regis.
All incoming students must have a physical within six months prior to their first year at Regis. This physical is done at the student's expense, and results must be sent to Health Services before attending Regis. The physical should include a report of medical history and records of immunization. For more details, please call Health Services at 781-768-7290.
Once a year, before participating in any intercollegiate activity, all student-athletes must fill out a personal information form, medical history questionnaire, NCAA questionnaire, consent form, and insurance form. This pertains to tryouts as well as preseason, in-season, and off-season conditioning. Please see the Forms for Participation page to access the forms. If you have questions about these forms, please call Athletic Training at 781-768-7146.
Thank you for your cooperation.
