In addition to her work as an educator, Dr. Schroeder has held many clinical and administrative nursing positions throughout her career. These include roles as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Nursing Home Administrator, Chief Nursing Officer and Executive Director of Nursing. Her most recent clinical position has been with Winchester Hospital in Winchester, MA as the Psychiatric Coordinator for Inpatient Services. Dr. Schroeder joined Regis College in 2008 and is currently the coordinator for the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner track in the Advanced Practice Primary Care Nursing Program.
