Dr. Burke has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Public Health sector. Prior to joining Regis College, Dr. Burke was a post-doctoral fellow at the Harvard School of Public Health and the Karolinska Institutet. She also held positions as Research Epidemiologist at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at New York Medical College.
Dr. Burke’s research focuses on the role nutrition plays in the development of cancer.
