Centralized Check-In

All undergraduate students are required to participate in the centralized check-in process!

All students must go to the College Hall Foyer before unpacking any belongings!

Centralized Check-In is an exciting process for Regis in which all undergraduate students will enter the academic year by participating in this mandatory streamlined process.

The dates and times for Centralized Check-In are:

All members of the Class of 2017, commuters and residents are required to check in on Monday, September 2nd from 8 am – 12 pm in the College Hall Foyer. All members of the Class of 2017 need to attend check in, in order to receive iPads, parking stickers, lockers, and other services as well.

Returning & Transfer Residential Students: All residential members of the Classes of 2014, 2015, and 2016 are required to check in, Monday, September 2nd from 1 pm – 5 pm in the College Hall Foyer.

All residential students should report to the College Hall Foyer prior to going to their residence halls. Students will only be able to obtain keys, IDs, and parking permits at Centralized Check-In and only after verifying that they are cleared to move in and start the semester.

Returning & Transfer Commuter Students: All commuting members of the Classes of 2014, 2015, and 2016 are required to check in, Tuesday, September 3rd starting at 8 am in the College Hall Foyer.

Any member of the Class of 2017 or residential members of 2014, 2015, and 2016 that did not check in on Monday must check in on September 3rd.

Students will be receiving information via their Regis College email.
