Elizabeth Brennan Art
October 1, 2012This month the Raytheon Room at the Wayland Library contains artwork of Elizabeth Brennan. Elizabeth is a member of the Copley Society (Co-So) of Boston and graduated from Regis College in 1953 as one of the first concentrators in art. She also studied Japanese art at the DeCordova Museum. Elizabeth attended private lessons with Florence Hamlin, who was noteworthy for her copies of Old Masters and Decorative Art. The paintings exhibited in her exhibit are renditions of both Old Masters and originals.
