Newbury College and Regis partner for graduate programsFebruary 20, 2018
Agreement will provide Newbury undergraduate students pathways into Regis' master's programs
Newbury College and Regis have partnered to increase accessibility to graduate programs for undergraduate students. Qualified Newbury students who have earned a B or higher in liberal arts and major classes and are on track for successful completion of their Bachelor’s degree are eligible for admission into one of the following programs at Regis:
- Master’s in Education
- Master’s in Health Administration
- Master’s in Counseling Psychology
- Master’s in Counseling (online program)
- Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis
This Agreement provides Newbury students with greater access to graduate education at a college with similar liberal arts values. It provides Newbury students preferred admission, waives the application fee and the requirement of GRE or MAT scores and allows students to take select classes at no cost prior to admission to the programs.
Newbury’s Vice President of Academic Affairs, Dr. Frank Sargent said, “Newbury College's partnership with Regis will strengthen our learning community while providing a seamless transition for our students seeking to go on to graduate school.”
Collaboration with Regis provides students with the tools necessary to achieve their post-graduate academic and career goals.
“Partnerships are key to the future of higher education,” said Regis’ Vice President of Academic Affairs, Dr. Malcolm Asadoorian. “Regis is proud to begin a partnership with Newbury to allow students to continue their education at the graduate level and work towards achieving their career goals.”
Students interested in one of these graduate programs should contact Dr. Mat Konieczka at 617-730-7075 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
