Dr. Welsh has been a member of the Regis College faculty since 2006 and is currently Associate Dean for Pre-Licensure Nursing. Prior to Regis, she was an adjunct faculty member at Massachusetts Bay Community College, an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner and Consultant at Health Resources in Natick; Nursing Coordinator at Newton-Wellesley Hospital; Pediatric Nursing Coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital; Nurse Practitioner/Student Health at George Washington University; Nurse Practitioner/Employee Health at Dulles Airport; Administrative Nursing Supervisor at Fairfax Hospital, Fairfax VA; and ICU Staff Nurse at Boston University Medical Center. She is a member of Massachusetts Organization of Nurse Executives, Society of Pediatric Nurses: National Health Policy Committee and Massachusetts/Rhode Island National League for Nursing and is a National League for Nursing Certified Nurse Educator.
