Purchasing Tickets
For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express as well as cash, check, or money order in payment for tickets. Tickets purchased in advance (mail, fax, or phone) will be mailed to you, if we receive your order up to and including ten days before a performance.
Orders received less than 10 days before a performance will be held at the Box Office. You can pick up tickets during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 1-4pm, or within one hour before a performance. Window hours are subject to change, please verify by calling 781-768-7070.
A $3 handling charge is applied to all online, mail, fax, and phone orders.

Seating
An event is either General Admission Seating or Reserved Seating, as established by the requirements of the particular event. Please consult the event listing in the Fine Arts Center Calendar of Events or call the Fine Arts Center Box Office for the type of seating being offered.
- General Admission Seating: Patrons may sit in the seat of their choice on a first-come, first-served basis; tickets are numbered sequentially, with no specific row or seat number assigned. Most Fine Arts Center performances have general admission seating.
- Reserved Seating: Tickets are numbered by seat and row; each patron is assigned a specific seat in which to sit during the performance. Please consult the event listing in the Fine Arts Center Calendar of Events to see if the event has reserved seating.

Accessibility/Special Seating Requests
All entrances to the Fine Arts Center are wheelchair-accessible. The elevator makes all floors of the facility easy to reach. Special seating is available for patrons with ambulatory limitations, on request, for all performances in both the Casey and Black Box theatres.
Please call the Box Office or include your particular type of seating requirement in the "Special Seating Request" section of the ticket order form. We will make every effort to meet your needs. However, please make your request as early as possible to ensure seat availability.
Important Notes
- The Fine Arts Center maintains a no refund, no exchange policy and reserves the right to exchange or refund ticketes only if a performance is cancelled or postponed.
- Tickets will be issued only upon receipt of payment; orders are filled as received.
- For reasons of safety,all children must have a ticket to any performance, even if they are lap-sitting.
- Recording equipment and cameras, including video, are not allowed in any Fine Arts Center venue.
- Free parking is conveniently located adjacent to the Fine Arts Center.
- Latecomers are seated at the discretion of management.
- No cameras, video or sound recording devices are allowed in the theatre.
- Food items and/or beverages are not permitted in either theatre venue.
- The use of cell phones within either theatre is prohibited.
- Programs are subject to change.
- All programs are wheelchair accessible. Listening devices are available for the hearing impaired. Please inform us of any special needs when ordering tickets.
