The philosophy of the Regis College women's swimming & diving team is that each athlete will get out what she puts in. With that in mind, we focus each season on improvement and growth, both individually and as a team.

 In recent years, the team has tallied several dual meet victories, while individual times and scores have improved consistently. We qualified seven athletes for the New England Championships during the 2004-05 season and again in 2005-06. Regis was competitive both times despite having one of the smallest squads at the meet.

 Our team has a reputation in New England as one of the most spirited groups on the pool deck, and we pride ourselves on great sportsmanship and hard work. We also have a proud history of outstanding academics, earning Academic All-America honors from the College Swim Coaches Association for nearly forty consecutive semesters.

 If you're interested in continuing your swimming/diving career while pursuing an education at a small, nurturing college, we encourage you to take a serious look at Regis.
