Returning Undergraduate Students:
Regis College will be utilizing the College Board’s Institutional Documentation Service (IDOC) to collect tax information from you and your family. The College Board will scan and forward your documents to Regis via a secured Website. Instructions will be sent to your email, please read carefully in order to avoid delays.
Returning undergraduate students applying for need-based financial assistance must complete the following:
- Renewal Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) www.fafsa.ed.gov
- Title IV School Code: 002206
- Submit signed Parent and Student federal tax return and W2 forms to the College Board with the (IDOC) cover letter.
Returning undergraduate students applying for need-based financial assistance must complete the renewal for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA): Regis College Title IV Code #002206. The form is available at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
Regis College financial aid decisions are made on an academic-year basis. Renewal of financial aid awards are contingent upon maintaining satisfactory academic progress, timely reapplication for financial aid each year, continued demonstration of financial need as determined in prior years, and continued availability of funding from all sources. In addition, any outstanding student account balance must be satisfied before a financial aid decision is made.
The priority filing date for returning undergraduate students is April 15. To receive full consideration for all types of financial aid, the Office of Financial Aid must receive all required documents by April 15.
Steps to File
- Obtain a personal identification number (PIN) at www.pin.ed.gov. Your PIN will serve as your electronic signature for your FAFSA on the Web.
- If you are a dependent student, one of your parents will also need to obtain a PIN to submit the FAFSA online. You can use your PIN to electronically sign your FAFSA on the Web and to make corrections to your application information.
- Submit the FAFSA electronically by accessing the FAFSA web site at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
- Access your applicant data online and print your Student Aid Report (SAR).
Academic Requirements
Federal regulations and Regis College policy require that students meet the following minimum cumulative GPA requirements and complete at least two-thirds of all credits attempted with no incomplete (I) grades. Financial aid cannot be renewed for students who do not meet the minimum standards.
